Troy Rapp Concrete Contractors recently completed a large project for J.E. Kingham Construction with Carthage Independent School District. We completed a new elementary campus called the Baker-Koonce Elementary School. Mr. Rapp's subcontract with J.E. Kingham Construction Company was in excess of $1 Million. Mr. Rapp completed the project in a workmanlike fashion and within the time schedule set for the entire project. We were satisfied with Mr. Rapp's work and would not hesitate to ask him to perform another project with our company in the future.
